Andalusia weekly weather forecast February 3-9: Cold spell continues with scattered showers
It will be far less windy and stormy this week, but it will still be very chilly
For this week, the weather forecast from the State Meteorological Agency (Aemet) is for mainly dry and bright weather in Andalucía, though the low temperatures will persist.The forecast for this Monday February 3 is a bit different, however, as the coastal parts of the region will be subject to a weather warning – specifically for rain around Cádiz and Gibraltar, high winds on the coast of Málaga and snowstorms above 1,300 metres’ altitude for inland parts of Málaga province.
The Sierra Nevada mountains of Granada will also have snow, of course, and the rain could stretch as far as parts of Almería, but the northern half of the region should remain dry, if cloudy.
Andalucía weather forecast, Monday February 3
Some residual rain will remain for very localised spots on Tuesday 4, mainly the Sierra Nevada again, but overall the following few days should be bright and sunny for everyone, and the wind speeds will not be nearly so strong for the whole rest of the week.
The temperatures will still be very chilly, at around 0-4ºC at night in the northern half of the region and 6-11ºC in the south. During the day, we will see highs of 14-19ºC, and these values will remain stable all week long.

Gibraltar and parts of coastal Cádiz could see more rain on Thursday 6, before a cloud bank sweeps in on Friday 7, bringing some isolated rain showers to parts of northern Huelva, Córdoba and Jaén.

Saturday 8, meanwhile, could bring more light rain to parts of Almería and Granada, and a drastic drop in temperatures almost everywhere, especially at night, when we could see it go down by 3 or 4 degrees. For the most part, then, the weekend – like the week preceding it – will be dry, bright and chilly.
