ARCHIVED - Bid to return stolen bikes to rightful owners in Javea
Javea police have released photographs of recovered bikes stolen in the Marina Alta municipality, Alicante province
The Local Police in Javea are appealing for anybody who has had their bike stolen in the last few months to have a look through a series of photographs in a bid to return recovered bikes to their rightful owners.
"If you have lost or had a bike stolen, or you know someone in this situation, take a good look at the images. If you recognise yours, and can sufficiently prove ownership, visit Javea police station or speak to our officers on 965 790 081", urge the local police.
Bicycles that are not claimed before August 31 will be given to charity or social services.
