Los Reyes Golf Society Mazarrón
Golfers are raising funds for local children
“Los Reyes” Golf Society helps sick and needy children while providing affordable extra competitions for all golfers of mixed ability, good character and a caring attitude for others less fortunate.
The aims of the society are to provide the members with enjoyable golfing events, held in the spirit of fellowship with a slight competitive edge.
They are a totally non-profit making society. Any monies raised will be donated directly on behalf of the members of the golf society to local children’s charities within the Mazarron community.

“Los Reyes” Golf Society helping sick and needy children
The members of Los Reyes Golf Society are, in their own words, predominantly in the more mature age group and feel that life has treated them quite well and they would like to give something back in life, to others less fortunate than themselves.
Los Reyes translates in English as The Kings, and is an acronym for Kids In Need Golf Society.
As there are already many excellent charities operating in the local areas of Mazarrón, and Fuente Alamo, providing help and support in many forms, all doing great service within the community, the society decided that the main focus was to be directed to an often overlooked group, that of helping sick and needy children, of which, sadly there are many.
The Society is supported by a number of extremely generous sponsors, through gift and monetary donations. Los Reyes give thanks to those wonderful local business men and women on behalf of all the children they are able to help.
Of course they are always looking for more sponsors, whether this is with monetary contributions or gifts that they can raise money against.
Los Reyes Gold Society have monthly golf events at various Golf courses in the Costa Cálida area, including Hacienda del Álamo Golf Resort, where guests are made very welcome. Information can be found on their Facebook page.
