Mazarron Country Club in the municipality of Mazarron
The Country Club offers both residential and rental properties just a short drive from the town of Mazarrón
Mazarrón Country Club is a private residential area of approximately 800 houses, situated in the hills near the town of Mazarrón, around half an hour from the Region of Murcia International Airport in Corvera and just a 15-minute drive from the local beaches.
The urbanization is built around an attractive central avenue and consists of various types of properties, from small bungalows to larger detached villas. Among them are numerous holiday rental properties as well as properties for permanent residential use. Mazarrón Country Club boasts attractive hillside views, tidy, well-maintained streets and communal areas and excellent security features.
Mazarrón Country Club is very well connected as it lies alongside the RM-3 motorway, making it part of both regional and national motorway networks. As a result the cities of Murcia and Cartagena are both easy to reach, as are the nearby towns of Mazarrón, Puerto de Mazarrón, Totana and Alhama de Murcia, with various services and facilities. The nearest railway station is 25 kms away, on the outskirts of the town of Totana, and a local bus service links Mazarrón Country Club to the town and beaches of Mazarrón.
The Country Club is situated close to more than 35 kms of picturesque coastline running from Isla Plana towards Águilas, offering a mixture of groomed town beaches with shops and bars, wild rocky coves, nudist beaches and long stretches of open beach. Nearby is the Camposol development with over 3,000 inhabitants, supermarkets, bars and cafes, a pharmacy, a medical centre, petrol station and an 18-hole golf course, as well as a large number of social clubs and associations.
There are plenty of places to visit within easy driving distance, including the regional capital of Murcia, the historic port of Cartagena (both with large out-of-town shopping malls), Lorca and many inland cities with historic old quarters, winding streets and castles, as well as a vast range of activities and sports to enjoy including many golf courses, superb diving, horse-riding, quad biking and plenty of walking.
