Torrevieja's Street Food Market returns for the October long weekend
Eleven food trucks plus tributes to Queen and U2 are on offer at the Parque de las Naciones

Torrevieja is set for a long weekend of food, music and shopping, as the Torrevieja Street Food Market and Design Market takes over the Parque de las Naciones from Thursday October 8 until Monday October 12.
The municipal event coincides with the long weekend and the national holiday on October 12, and it's the last one of the 2026 Street Food Market season. Visitors can choose from a wide range of dishes served up by 11 food trucks, while a 12-stall Design Market offers fashion, accessories, crafts and other creative products.
Live music is one of the main attractions this time around, with the opening party on Thursday at 9.30pm headlined by Tam Tam Go. The band was one of Spain's best-known pop-rock groups in the late 80s and 90s, and fans can expect some of their biggest songs, including "Espaldas mojadas", "Voy cruzando el río" and "Atrapados en la red". Brothers Nacho and Javier Campillo lead the group, which remains a part of Spanish pop history and is still playing live.
On Friday October 9 the stage will host Keeng, a Queen tribute, at 1.30pm, followed by Radio Days at 9.30pm. Saturday brings The Fly, a U2 tribute band, at 1.30pm and an evening of live indie music at 9.30pm. Sunday's line-up features a tribute to 80s groups at 1.30pm and a Cuban Night at 9.30pm, before Control Stone, a Rolling Stones tribute, close the event from 1pm on Monday.
A programme of children's activities will run every day from 12pm, so families, neighbours and visitors can all find something to enjoy at the venue.
With this final event of the year, Torrevieja wraps up its 2026 Street Food Market season, bringing food, music, design and family fun together in one place.
